This will enable the delegates to stretch their clients’ thinking about their current situation or goal. We use some brief tools that can be integrated easily into support conversations.

We aim to use interactive methods during the course, whether it is accessed virtually or face to face, so delegates can experience the benefits of coaching techniques themselves.
