GPTF Wellbeing Support for QOF 23/24
You will all be aware of the changes to QOF this year which include a total of 37 QOF points to engage in quality improvement activities to support your staff with health and wellbeing.
GPTF have been running general practice retention and wellbeing support for a number of years and have data, experience and offers which can help maximise your QOF QI013&14 achievement. We have worked with ICB and GPPB colleagues to design 2 x virtual Derbyshire wide PCN network events to engage, motivate, and share ideas for promoting employee health and wellbeing. Attendance at these events by members of your practice team will meet the engagement criteria for the QOF indicators whilst giving you the help and skills to design your PDSA QI cycle to support your own staff.
