We understand how important accessible, responsive and relevant developmental training is for the busy practice manager.

It’s our aim to make you as a practice manager feel less overburdened and isolated in your role.

We have created several programmes, support networks and resources to support you as an individual.

Practice Management Induction Programme

A 7-module virtual programme designed for staff who are entering Practice Management (PMs, Deputies, Assistants, Operations Managers) or within their first 12 months. Sessions are run monthly for 2-3 hours with some pre-reading and additional recorded content via video and presentations.
