HEE

The HEE Star is a tool developed by HEE to bring structure and coherence to conversations about workforce challenges and to support workforce transformation.

The primary function of the HEE Star is as an Organisational Development tool, enabling a comprehensive diagnostic of workforce requirements and better definition and prioritisation of solutions.

Secondly, it’s an interactive resource with details of new roles, leadership tools and new ways of working.

We are holding our next half hour webinar  on Tuesday 10 December 12.00 – 12.30 where Amz Khela, Prescribing Support Services will be discussing how to recruit and retain clinical pharmacists within your PCN and the support which is available from PSS.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask Amz any questions that they may have concerning this area.
